Ojamma Store Partner Terms
Selling groceries, inventory, payouts, and market standards.
Effective 2026-09-18
Agreement
These Store Partner Terms apply when you create a store account to list and sell groceries on Ojamma. By applying you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and any food, tax, and business rules that apply to your market.
Going live (accepting paid orders) waits for Ojamma approval and a connected payouts account. Approval can be paused or revoked if these terms are broken.
Listings, inventory, and fulfillment
You must own or have the right to sell every item you list. Photos, names, prices, allergens, origin, and stock must be accurate. Update inventory so customers are not sold items you cannot fulfill.
You prepare, pack, and hand off orders on time. You are responsible for food safety, labeling, cold chain, and recalls for products you sell.
Ojamma may hide, edit for clarity, or remove listings that are misleading, prohibited, or outside the categories we support.
Payments and fees
Customer payments are collected by Ojamma through Stripe. Payouts go to your connected Stripe account after platform commission, refunds, and adjustments. You are responsible for your own taxes and records.
Chargebacks, refunds caused by your error, and missing items may be deducted from future payouts.
Limitation of liability
You indemnify Ojamma for claims arising from your products, premises, staff, or listings. Ojamma’s liability to you is limited to fees we actually retained on the affected orders in the 30 days before the claim.
