Ojamma Private Seller Terms

Agreement

These Private Seller Terms apply to home and cottage kitchens selling homemade food on Ojamma. By applying you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and Massachusetts cottage-food and home-kitchen rules that apply to you.

Verification documents you upload must be true. Going live waits for Ojamma review. We may request extra proof of licensing, registration, or insurance.

What you may sell

List only foods you are legally allowed to prepare and sell from your kitchen. Do not sell prohibited items (for example, certain potentially hazardous foods) unless you hold the required license and we have approved that category.

Labels, ingredients, allergens, produce days, and prep times must be honest. Packaging must be clean, sealed as appropriate, and identified as homemade.

Fulfillment and safety

You cook, pack, and hand off on the schedule you publish. If you cannot fulfill an order, tell Ojamma immediately so we can refund or replace it.

You are solely responsible for food safety in your kitchen. Ojamma does not inspect every batch. A foodborne-illness claim related to your food is your responsibility.

Payments and liability

Payouts follow the same Stripe Connect flow as stores, including commission and refunds. You indemnify Ojamma for claims arising from your kitchen, recipes, or products. Our liability to you is limited to fees we retained on your affected orders in the prior 30 days.
