Ojamma Driver Terms

Agreement

These Driver Terms apply when you create a driver account to deliver Ojamma orders. By applying you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. A seat on a route waits for roster capacity and Ojamma approval.

You are an independent contractor, not an Ojamma employee, unless a written agreement says otherwise. You provide your own vehicle, fuel, phone, and insurance.

Eligibility and conduct

You must hold a valid driver’s license, be legally allowed to work, and keep auto insurance that covers delivery use. You authorize Ojamma to review the information you submit, including license and vehicle details.

Follow traffic laws, treat customers and store staff respectfully, and handle groceries with care (especially cold and frozen items). Do not subcontract a route without Ojamma’s written OK.

Pay and equipment

Delivery pay, tips, and bonuses are described in the driver dashboard and may change with notice. Payouts are made through Stripe. You are responsible for your taxes.

Proof-of-delivery photos and GPS pings are used to confirm drops and resolve disputes. Do not misuse customer addresses or contact information.

Limitation of liability

You are responsible for accidents, tickets, and damage involving your vehicle. You indemnify Ojamma for claims arising from your driving or handling of orders. Our liability to you is limited to unpaid delivery fees for completed routes in the 30 days before the claim.
