Ojamma Customer Terms

Agreement

These Customer Terms are a contract between you and Ojamma for shopping, recipes, subscriptions, and delivery or pickup in our service area. By creating a customer account you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract. If you shop for a household, you are responsible for the account.

Orders, payment, and delivery

Prices, taxes, delivery fees, and availability are shown at checkout and may change. An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may refuse or cancel orders that we cannot fulfill, that look fraudulent, or that fall outside our delivery coverage.

Payment is processed by Stripe. You authorize charges for your cart, taxes, tips, and fees. Refunds, replacements, and missing-item claims follow the process in your order email and account.

Delivery windows are estimates. Weather, traffic, store hours, and route capacity can delay a drop-off. Pickup orders must be collected during the stated window.

Your account

Keep your login details private. You are responsible for orders placed on your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone used it without permission.

Reviews, photos, and messages you post must be truthful and lawful. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading, or infringes someone else’s rights.

Limitation of liability

Groceries and homemade foods are prepared by independent markets and kitchens. Ojamma is a marketplace platform. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ojamma is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for a customer claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
