Agreement
These Creator Terms apply when you publish recipes, videos, or related content on Ojamma. By applying you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Publishing and earnings features wait for Ojamma approval.
Your content
You keep ownership of your recipes and videos. You grant Ojamma a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, promote, and clip your content in the app, site, and marketing, with credit to you.
You must have the rights to everything you upload (video, music, photos, recipes). Do not post content that is illegal, hateful, or infringes copyright. We may remove content or suspend a creator account that violates this.
Earnings and shoppable recipes
When a shopper buys groceries from your recipe, any creator earnings follow the rates shown in your dashboard. Rates can change with notice. Payouts go to your connected Stripe account.
Ingredient links must match what you cook. Do not mislead shoppers about brands, allergens, or sponsored products.
Limitation of liability
You indemnify Ojamma for claims arising from your content. Ojamma’s liability to you is limited to unpaid creator earnings in the 30 days before the claim.
